mTw have decided to bring in ex SK star, Thunder to replace somR

mTw were undoubtedly one of the best teams online towards the start of 2009, and looked like they could really do well at the summer events, in OOF3 and TeX.
However they never really showed what they were capable.
However, keen to remove their "onliner" tag at the next CIC7, the team has had to make a change.
Leaving the team is somR, who has to leave for work reasons after securing a new job.
In his place will be the ex TBH and SK-Gaming player, Thunder who will join the German side immediately.
He will be attending CIC7 with the team.

Germany Tony "Creepy" Löschner statement:

The new part of our line-up was finally announced now.
Unfortunately we lost Steffen but I am pretty sure he will enjoy his new job and work there successfully.
On the other side I can say welcome back to my old team mate Volkan.
I am pretty sure also with this change we will reach some top places in different events.
One of our main goals in 2010 beside the CiC7 LAN should be the new ESL EPS season.
We hope we can play another very good season and maybe manage to win it this year.
Last but not least I can only say thank you Steffen for your work and the fun we had I wish you good luck for the future and welcome back thunder.
We are back in business.

mTw is now as follows:

Germany Tony "Creepy" Löschner
Germany Simon "Godfather" Flick
Austria Johannes "JoTschY" Reiter
Germany Richard "HornYz" Horn
Germany Dennis "Plotsch" Diehle
Germany Maurice "jEtLeCk" Bobon
Germany Volkan "thunder" Kocakahya

Today, Skitlite is proud to announce a new Call of Duty 4 Squad.

After having problems with our old CoD4 lineup, Skitlite went out and searched for a new team.

The team, previously known as European UnionVIP-Gaming looked to have alot of potential. After a win to our previous squad, and their LAN experience, Skitlite is proud to take them on. We are hoping to foresee a sucessful start with our new team who have already planned on going to the well known i-series LAN event in the UK. Hopefully, we will also see the team attending more LAN's this year.

Statement by Perry "ftx_R" Smith, Team Captain:

"We have been waiting for an opportunity like this to come our way. When myself United Kingdom qwRx and Netherlands w1_zz1 started talking, we knew straight away this would work. news-logo CyberSnipa Silencer Mouse Review! 0
 28.01.2010 - 18:29 - written by w1_zz1

Our Sponsor CyberSnipa gave Skitlite a chance to review some of their peripherals, the brand new Silencer Gamer Mouse and the CyberSnipa Micro-Fibre Mouse Matt.

These peripherals were given to Gerhard "w1_z1" Potze, Skitlite's Manager, for a well deserved test drive. As Skitlite expected, the CyberSnipa products had superior design and cutting edge technology.
Just what Skitlite need to stay 'on target' and reach our pwnage goals!

Review Gerhard "w1_z1" Potze:

"I'm very proud to have got the chance to test this mouse before the release date.
What can I say?! The mouse has amazing power and comfort, the 9 unique programmable buttons allow you to perform in-game commands and macro scripts.
On-the-fly DPI selection allowed me to switch between 4 different DPI settings. With a simple press of a button, I could set my mouse for accuracy,
or set it to the unbelievably high 5000DPI for some spray and pray action!
The adjustable weight system allowed me to get the perfect feeling for the mouse. Along with the changeable rubber grips, I was able to get used to
the mouse in no time. Within an hour it felt as if I had been playing with this insane mouse for years.
This mouse is amazing. It's Powerful and good looking. I can really get the cutting edge over opponents. I would definitely recommend it to gamers,
and ofcourse Skitlite's Players."

Gerhard "w1_z1" Potze also got to test the CyberSnipa Micro-Fibre Mouse Matt:

"I love this mousemat alot. It's big (306 x 85 x 85mm) and great for any gaming mouse. My mouse just glide's over it as if in thin air.
It's easy to roll up and put in LANbags, perfect for travelling to any LAN event. The mousemat is incredible, all my mouse movements are captured and smooth.
Again, just as I expected from CyberSnipa. Their products are top quality, and really helps you stay 'On Target'!"

news-logo Team Diginitas Welcome a New Sharpshooter 0
 16.01.2010 - 11:32 - written by w1_zz1

Over the last couple of weeks suspicions were lofty as what has happened to the extremely talented sniper Robin "robyYE" Swaters. This far sighted sharpshooter will be replacing the former English sniper Chris "blackmane" Kinnair who will be endeavouring in a far more "releaxed" style of gaming.

Dignitas are expecting to foresee a successful start to 2010 with the up-and-coming CiC7 event which is this years most notable LAN event.

Team Dignitas CoD4 now stands with:
United Kingdom Mark "mark" Horner
United Kingdom Jonathan "raz" Baker
Netherlands Robin "robyYE" Swaters
United Kingdom Chris "nreo" Mead
United Kingdom Mark "Phantasy" Pinney

Statement from Robin "robyYE" Swaters: "Never thought i'd be joining dignitas, when everything seemed set to go in TCM. For me the old spark that drove me and motivated me just wasn't there anymore, my thanks for the TCM guys for the support they have given me and thanks to the management who took care of me. But now its time to write a new page in my COD book, this time its with dignitas, the atmosphere and the personalities within this team mingle well and it has swayed me to joining them, i hope that for 2010 my addition can bring great things for this lineup and help promote dignitas along the way.

news-logo moOse are set loose! 1
 16.01.2010 - 11:19 - written by w1_zz1

The Call Of Duty 4 scene has been changing alot recently and the changes are set to continue with the Swedish team moO.se leaving their organisation, Unique Gaming.

The Swedish team have been a part of Unique Gaming since mid November, but doubts have set in about whether the organisation can afford to send the Swedish team to the upcoming Crossfire Intel Challenge 7 LAN in Enschede, which has caused the line up to leave the organisation.

The Swedish based team have been making a name for themselves after their outstanding performance at The Experience 09 last year and have recently won the CMStorm Cup, the H2k cup, the TTX Gaming tournament. moO.se, who recently finished fifth in Cadred's European top 10 based on potential, seem to have already found a new organisation and are expected to announce their new home somewhere next week.

Sweden Adam "Mumma" Timle
Sweden Fredrik "qLimAxzU" idh
Sweden Jocke "fAEkE" Åberg
Sweden Johan "miRACLE" Gartner
Sweden Hampus "mySn" Karlsson
Sweden Victor "VissEh" GunnarssoN

Statement from Johan "miRACLE" Gartner: It is always sad when you leave an organization, but the team could not wait any longer for something to happen in unique. We gave them lots of time to fix what they had promised. I will not lie, I was a little suspicious in the beginning when we joined, but I was persuaded that they are not talking bullshit. So there are mixed feelings about leaving Adz and the rest of the unique, since we liked them as people. But we could not stay and they understood that. We are really excited to announce our new corporate identity! It will be announced in middle of next week and a big shoutout to everyone I know online. See you in Enschede!
